DESCRIPTION:All women are invited to our annual women’s teaching series to hear teaching\, stories\, and other creative elements from our own wonderful FAC women! This cross-generational event is meeting over three consecutive Tuesday evenings in May at Figtree Anglican Church. \nThe apostle John wrote much of Jesus’ famous last words to his followers in what is now called the ‘farewell discourse’ in John chapters 14 to 16. If we consider these parting words of Jesus to be important to his followers still today\, let’s have look closer at some of them together. What does it mean for us to ABIDE today? \nWeek Three: Stay with MeTuesday\, 19 May\, 7:30pmTHE HELPER | John 16 | with Sarah KinsteadJesus warned his followers that they would soon feel abandoned\, bereft\, and broken. What kind of lasting HELPER does Jesus send in his stead for his followers that will last the rest of their hours on earth\, and ours?
