Robin has been the Senior Minister at Figtree Anglican Church since 2022. He previously served in ministry roles with CMS, on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, and St Ives. Originally from England, Robin moved to Australia in the late 1990s. He is married to Sarah and they have two young adult children. He is a coach for GB Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

His previous experience in church leadership provides great support for our Senior Minister in accomplishing the Mission and Vision of Figtree Anglican Church. In overseeing various ministries, Shane provides leadership, training, discipleship, and pastoral care.

Scott joined the Ministry Team in 2020, having previously had more than 30 years’ experience working in the communications environment, in particular editorial management and content production across digital media, newspaper, magazine, radio, television and book publishing. Scott has been involved in a number of church ministries including Missions Committee, LifeGroup leader, Ignite youth camp houseparent, Year Group parent (youth ministry). He is married to Anne and they have three young adult daughters.

Mary joined the Ministry Team in 2023. She was previously the Children’s Minister at Menai Anglican Church for 10 years, and at Dapto Anglican Church prior to that. She is married to Wayne and they have three adult daughters and 12 grandchildren.

Langdon has been part of the Ministry Team since 2017, equipping people to engage others with the gospel, and championing evangelism and mission. Prior to joining Figtree Anglican Church, Langdon served with Evangelism Explosion for 15 years, including being based in South Carolina for five years. Langdon is married to Jessie.

Jo joined the Ministry Team in 2018 and oversees our LifeGroups and activities that create connection into the church community. She is also passionate about women growing in their relationship with God and others, and heads up events and activities that facilitate this. Jo is married to Tim and they have two young adult daughters.

Greg joined the Ministry Team in 2014 and is responsible for developing and shaping the culture and content of creative arts and worship at the church. Prior to his role at FAC, Greg spent five years as Assistant Faculty Head of Music and Song Writing at C3 College Oxford Falls. He also brings a wealth of experience in the field, having worked professionally as a musician and music producer for more than 10 years. Greg is married to Whitney and they have three children.

Adele joined the Ministry Team in 2010, initially overseeing administration before taking on the position of Office Manager in 2012. In 2023, with growing demand for increasing community use of our church complex, she added Events Coordinator to her busy portfolio. Adele is married to Mario and they have two adult children.

Carolyn has been attending Figtree Anglican Church for more than 20 years. She joined the administration team in 2020, taking on the position of Accounts Officer. In her role she is responsible for a range of bookkeeping/cash management functions that provide financial administrative support for the efficient running of ministries. She also processes giving to our Gift Day and mission projects. Carolyn is married to Robert. She has two adult sons, four lovely step-daughters, and seven grandchildren.

Ron has been the Honorary Minister at Mount Kembla Soldiers and Miners Memorial Church, a branch church of Figtree Anglican Church, since 2022, coming from a background in mission aviation, parish ministry, and prison and hospital chaplaincy. Ron is married to Alison and they have three married children and seven grandchildren.

Fay has been involved in pastoral care on the Ministry Team since the 1990s, and counts it a privilege to work in this valuable, and often behind the scenes, ministry. She leads a small but dedicated team that is committed to caring for the whole person with practical, physical, and spiritual assistance; providing care beyond that which takes place in LifeGroups. Fay has three adult children and seven grandchildren.
