Mission in the Modern World

A teaching night within our World Missions Conference, exploring the questions many people ask about mission. Our Young Adults Ministers, Ruth and Pete, will discuss common misconceptions such as:
- “Mission is only for ministers or specially called people”;
- “The mission field is only in the Developing World”;
- “Mission is no longer needed because the gospel has reached the ends of the earth”;
- “Missionaries just impose Western culture”
The night will also feature interviews with young adults who have been involved in cross-cultural mission, along with a presentation on the Nigerian Anglican Youth Project with Evangelism Explosion.
