PTC Course – Promise to Fulfilment

The Preliminary Theological Course (PTC) is an excellent way to dig deeper into your biblical knowledge, both to bless your own relationship with God, and help everyone who is leading others in places like LifeGroups, youth, or kids ministry.
‘Promise to Fulfilment’ follows on from the PTC course ‘Intro to the Bible’, it is Biblical Theology part two. The way the course is created means that if you have not yet done part one, you will not be at a disadvantage. Whilst ‘Intro to the Bible’ focuses on seeing the Bible’s big story, ‘Promise to Fulfilment’ is about learning to interpret Scripture with an understanding of the larger story and how it holds together. As it says on the jar, it is about seeing the promises of God, and their fulfilment in Scripture. It’s just the thing for when you find yourself in the back blocks of the books of Obadiah or Nahum. This is your compass to find your way to Jesus, and all the ‘so what’s’ for you. Biblical Theology is the essential method of interpretation for every keen Bible reader to understand, and now is your chance to learn or be reminded.
Full course notes are provided, so if you miss a week you will not be lost, and the exam at the conclusion of the course is optional.
Date: The course runs for 10 weeks on Wednesday nights, starting 4 March.
