A community of grace and truth.
Figtree Youth
Figtree Youth is a vibrant ministry for young people in Years 6–12 at school, offering opportunities to connect and grow throughout the week. Our community is focused on following Jesus and joining His mission together.
Our aim is to live out the abundant life Jesus calls us to, so whether it’s during Friday Night Youth, FUEL, or Sunday night church, we create spaces for young people to encounter God—through His word, through prayer, and through the work He is doing in and through His people.

Friday Night Youth
Friday Night Youth is a fantastic space for young people to connect, have fun, and explore living for Jesus together.
Junior Youth (Years 6-8) meets from 6-7:30pm
Senior Youth (Years 9-12) meets from 7:30-9:30pm
Both groups meet during school terms. Come for a time of worship and teaching, followed by engaging activities with your year group.

FUEL
FUEL is our youth-based LifeGroups, where youth get to connect with others in their age group and encourage one another in growing together. It’s an awesome chance to dig deeper into God’s Word and have some cool discussions.
Years 6–10 meet on Sundays during school terms from 4:30-5:30pm
Years 11 and 12 meet at various times throughout the week
After FUEL on Sunday afternoons, a low-cost dinner is available for the young people before the 6pm church service. Click below to make a participation donation online for youth activities (including FUEL dinners).

IGNITE
Ignite is our annual Figtree Anglican Church youth camp, run every January. It’s a week all about growing in our relationship with Jesus Christ and in community together, and having fun! Ignite is open to anyone in high school, as well as Year 13 (those who graduated from high school the previous year).
The next Ignite camp will run from 12-18 January 2026. More details to come.
for parents and carers
Figtree Youth isn’t just an event or a social club—it’s a place where real faith is nurtured and real friendships are formed. Whether your child is exploring Christianity or has been following Jesus for years, they are welcome here. We partner with families in this journey, recognising that God has given you the primary role in raising your children in the faith.
Our Family Information Pack outlines what Figtree Youth is all about, as well as some useful information about our policies and procedures.
Please don’t hesitate to get in contact with our Youth Ministers if you have any questions.
